Qu’est-ce que le Diagnostic Plomb Immeuble ?<\/h3>

Le Constat de Risque d’Exposition au Plomb (CREP)<\/strong> est un diagnostic obligatoire pour tous les b\u00e2timents ou immeubles dont le permis de construire a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9 avant le 1er janvier 1949. Il consiste \u00e0 rechercher la pr\u00e9sence de plomb dans les peintures des parties communes et privatives. Pourquoi est-il obligatoire ?<\/h3>

Le plomb<\/strong>, autrefois utilis\u00e9 dans les peintures, est dangereux pour la sant\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019il est inhal\u00e9 ou ing\u00e9r\u00e9 sous forme de poussi\u00e8re. Les particules de plomb peuvent causer des intoxications graves, notamment chez les jeunes enfants, provoquant des troubles neurologiques. Le diagnostic plomb permet de :<\/p>

  • Identifier les sources de plomb<\/strong> dans les b\u00e2timents anciens.<\/li>
